Structure of the Organization

MAP is made up of a voting membership of midwives and aspiring midwives lead by a representative Governing Council.

The current Governing Council is:

Co-Chairs : Nicole M. Schwartz, MSW and Christy Santoro, CPM

Administrative Coordinator: Alison Cutts

Communication Coordinator: Amy Borrelli, CD(CBI)

At Large Members: Danielle Malik, DEM and Valarie Monterrey, CPM

In addition to the Governing Council there are 6 Regional Representatives that coordinate activities in 6 geographic regions of the Commonwealth; a Consumer Representative that serves as a voice of midwifery consumers within the organization and an Aspiring Midwife Representative that organizes student midwife activities.
